The show went well. I had fun meeting all the future brides. I had a drawing for a free Day of Planning & the winner has been chosen! I will contact her today.
Also for the brides that I meet last night, if you sign a contract with me before August 15th, you will receive $200 dollars off the service prices. If you are interested, feel free to contact me to schedule a free consultation.

Surprise Anniversary Party
I love planning weddings, but special events are fun as well. I handled a Surprise Anniversary Party, a few weeks ago for a couple married for 15 years. The couples family decided to have the party at Bistro 215 in Green Hills. The restaurant has a nice room for small parties or rehearsal dinners. I used pink & green as the colors. Carnations are coming back as a flower to use, so I love the carnation balls a Village of Flowers created for me. Accenting the pink, I used key limes to fill the vase.

I called Stephanie with Sweetest Day to make a basket weave cake. The family told me that the couple wanted a basket weave cake at their wedding, but could afford it. So I knew that I had to get it for their party. They loved it! We also made menu's for the tables.
As a sweet exit for the guest, the favors were a small box with a Krispy Kreme doughnut!! A favorite sweet of the couples.
They created these small arrangements for the booths. Each table was named after a city the couple had visited. The key limes marked each place setting, with the guest names.
